4 day family trip 2 adults and 2 older kids. Were upgraded to a 3BR - not actually necessary but nice. Huge and comfortable appartment with partial seaview. All rooms w en suite bathroom. Well equipped kitchen but note without teatowels, soap fir dishwashing etc. So bring some if you arrive late. Small supermarket in the building. Near the beach and plenty of restaurant around.

This hotel is not 5 star, but rather a 3,5 star hotel.
The hotel is in a shabby condition with broken floors, broken reading lights in the bedrooms, dirty window and floors.
The breakfast is mediocre at best, with one broken coffee machine that results in a 10 min queue for 1 cup of coffee.
In the bathrooms they had small cheap tubes with shampoos and soap, but they did not restock resulting in no shampoo when needed. Also towels they forgot to restock. One day they didnt even clean the room
The noise pollution is very high.
The staff at the reception have no experience and was promissing things that they never accomplished or even had an intent of doing.
With so many 5 star hotels to choose from in Dubai. Dont be scammed by this property

You can’t fault this managed apartments complex, all the amenities provided and you are within walking distance from the beach and all the entertainment you need.
The check in was smooth, with the lady at the desk providing clean and useful instructions.
Definitely will be staying there again.

Big apartments and very good service. Location of the hotel is also really good with 2-3 minutes walking time to the beach and restaurants of all types.

Area is very nice, things are nearby. Main road is one way and gets jammed up alot. Hotel is nice, we had a 2 bedroom and it was very spacious, but we also ran into washing machine that didnt work properly, hot water didnt work properly. Staff was excellent, Dilip and Farhan were great.

There were 3 bathrooms in the room, but only 1 bathroom had hot water, the safe was not working, we told the reception but no one cared, I said 3 times that I did not want anyone to enter our room because the safe was not working, but the room was entered and cleaned for 4 days, that is, they did not do the things that should be done, but did things we did not want, As a result, the management is very bad

Avi the receptionist was a great and helpful and made our stay comfortable and stress free. She was great also all of the security guards.

It was all around a great stay, everything was clean and the service was perfect! The location is perfect for a family stay!

The first night I was not able to go to sleep since I had a worker in my room until 1:30 because of electricity issues. The management didn’t even respond to my email or offered a refund (at least partial) for this inconvenience.
The hotel is old and not built in a sustainable way. The communication is also very poor. There are better hotels for the same price in the street. After two nights, I moved to Movenpick which was only $35 more expensive per night.

We were upgraded upon arrival! We had booked one suite with king size bed, we got two bedroom and two master baths plus to toilets :D The appartment was just great, spacious, great view, komfortable and walking distance to many good places.
The cleaning was a bit random, but nothing to complain about.
The staff was friendly and eager to help. We all loved our stay and will diffinatly book again and recommend to all.

Location was great and good views from the bedrooms and balcony of both the beach and marina. Master bed (King) was very comfortable. Be aware that each bathroom and kitchen has a separate hot water heater switch so make sure they are turned on.
Easy walk to beach and The Walk and pool area also very relaxing.
We had one issue that caused problems ( bidet hose burst with one bathroom soaked) and the response was initially slow but we finally got the attention of the manager and all was sorted, including a late check out.

The building itself is amazing and the location is second to none with a wide range of restaurants, beach and a supermarket all within a stones through. The upkeep of the property wasn’t great. All the windows on the outside in particular needed a clean with long stream lines on all windows. Also the cleaning standards weren’t great and rug didn’t appear to be hoovered in the 7 nights we stayed there. Had the cleaning standards been better it would have improved our stay immensely.

Blue Beach Towers on JBR was an excellent last minute booking for us ! Had a spacious 3 bed apartment with fabulous sea view and ( very dusty ) balcony .
The staff were super friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for those landmark visits ( Atlantis Aquapark/ Museum of the Future/ Burj Khalifa / Souk Madinat Jumeira/ Burj Al Arab water activities…… etc, etc ) .
Chilled on the last day round the secluded pool . Very close to restaurants/ cafes / supermarket / beach ….

When I first arrived for check in, I was told my reservation had been cancelled and they did not have a room. After showing my confirmation of the reservation I waited around 10 minutes for them to arrange a room. Our room was a bit disappointing, as there was no king bed as requested, only 2 twins pushed together, with separate duvets. Also, room was advertised as having ironing facilities, but nothing was available in the room. No milk or coffee creamers available for the coffee. Lack of electric sockets for hairdryer and phone charger. I had to plug the hairdryer into the extension plug of the fridge in the bedroom which was not ideal, and unplug the bedlight to charge my phone. Minimal towels provided and no facecloths supplied. The location was excellent and sadly the view was obstructed with building construction, but otherwise the staff were friendly especially Alvin the Concierge.

This was one of the best part of our trip! The location is simply amazing, short walk to the beach and restaurants. Valet parking during our entire stay and fast elevators. The apartment has 3 large bedrooms and each one with it’s own bathroom (difficult
to find). Supermarket in the building and restaurant. The rooms and living room were a little outdated but good for the price and the view from the 21st floor. Don’t expect too much at check in, personnel it’s not very attentive but they do their job fast. Paid my room with CC and deposit in cash to get it back the same way with no issues.

The apartment is spacious and well designed to have a sea view. However, the checkout time is 11 am which is not normal as all hotels have a checkout at 12 and every hotel I been in before usually gave me up to 1 or 2 pm for checking out. However, this hotel is not flexible at all and they refuse to let us stay even up to 12. Very disappointing. I don’t recommend this hotel at all

It took us more than 1 hour waiting for the checking. We book a property that had washer and dryer and once we arrived; it was told to us that the information displayed was wrong.

My favorite place to stay in Dubai. I have stayed here many time over the last 10 years. It’s on the beach with shopping and manny restaurants all around The apartments are big and well furnished with everything from bedding, kitchen, bathrooms and house keeping.
