This hotel was beautiful and the staff was so friendly. It was close to Shinjuku station which made for convenient exploration. Our room was bigger than expected. The beds were comfortable and the city view was very cool. The bathroom was also very nice, new and clean. We would recommend staying here for business or for a trip to explore Tokyo.

Comfortable rooms with cozy bedding and convenient amenities like laundry and water dispensers. The bathrooms had some mildew hence the lower rating for cleanliness. The elevators sometimes took awhile as there are only 2 for the entire building.
It was perfect for us location wise as we were arriving from a different prefecture and needed to be close to Narita express for our departure.
The staff were very helpful with our luggage delivery and laundry service.
There were lots of kombinis close by as well. It was a nice walk down to Shibuya and Harujuku. We would stay here again!

Nice room with a small fridge and hot water kettle. Very comfortable, good location close to Shinjuku train station and a Lawson a couple of doors down.

Great location to explore the city and next to the train as well as bus station to arrive at and depart from Tokyo. The room is not big but has everything we need. The convenience store downstairs was handy. It is also very close to takashimaya times square as I love going to the food hall on the lower ground! It is only a short walk to the Tokyo metropolitan building for its amazing sky view and night projection display.

First time in Japan and this hotel was a fantastic place to stay. Really close to everything I wanted and it was a comfortable and accommodating stay. Also, the train station is very close so travel was a breeze. Hotel luggage service was super helpful and I suggest others do the same if traveling all over Japan!

As a solo traveler, I find the proximity of the hotel to shinjuku station to be wonderful. Staff were great and super helpful. The room is a good size for a single traveler but the bath tub inside the bathroom needs to be replaced, it feels flimsy when you stand in the tub, it makes a hollow popping sound when you step out of the tub and there seems to be mold growing around the gap from tub to the walls around it. And there were visible dusts near the walls around the AC/vent.

Excellent location. 3-4 min walk to JR station. Super convenient. Lawson/McDonald’s/7-11 downstairs. Eating options a plenty.
The hotel room is a good size for Tokyo. Staff is friendly. Safe and key card only access after dark. The room and bathroom is a little dated. The water pressure could be better but the water is super hot so it’s great for winter. Good large soaking tub.

Great location, friendly staff, nice rooms, and good breakfast restaurant onsite. No gym onsite, and staff had difficult time helping with restaurant reservations. Overall a very pleasant stay, convenient location, and reasonable price.

The included breakfast is very nice, having both japanese style and european style, but the selection doesn't change daily so if you stay for more than a couple of days you'll be having the same things. It is close to train and bus station, around 5 minutes walk. And 10-15 minutes walk to shoping/restaurant area. The room size is small but sufficient if you don't have many luggages.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was a bit small for staying five days but the convenience of the hotel to transit, shopping, and food completely made up for that. I would definitely stay here again!

Within 5 mins walk to shinjuku station and express bus terminal. Location is convenient but on the quiet side.

This property is more like a 3.5 star hotel. The rooms are bit outdated and wall paper was peeling off the walls. However, location was definitely prime and within walking distance of so many good places to eat, shinjuku station, and convenience stores.

We stayed in a Superior Twin room and it was too small for us. With two large luggage on the floor, there was barely enough space for us to move around, closet was very small as well and no coffee maker in the room. Hotel was located in a street with no other commercial establishment except a Lawson convenient store - which was convenient by the way - so no view from the room. However, it was very close to Shinjuku Station and that was very convenient.

The hotel made for excellent sight seeing. It was also in a great location, where we were able to rest and then sight see the next day. The staff were also an excellent resource.
