Sincerely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They didn't even have curtains, so we didn't had any privacy and the lights from outside didn't let us sleep at all.

Everything, the personal didn't care the room didn't had curtains. They told us to cover it with whatever we could find, but there was nothing to do it with. The next day they didn't even brought us something to cover it up.

I wasn't able to do the number 2 in the restroom due to poor pressure in the toilet. I had to walk to the Union station to use the restroom to do the number two meaning poop. 7 days I couldn't use the restroom in my room. Due to I had to work from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 Monday through Thursday and I didn't want anyone in my room with all my private stuff there couldn't get the room fixed. I believe they knew the toilet was already messed up

Location is amazing, price for value is incredible. There is a night club on the ground level, can be a bit noisy on the weekend

The location was very good. The room was specious and modern.

I did not like the self check in process, parking was an absolute nightmare and the noise was not pleasant (but there is night club downstairs so it was understandable).

Elevators were out of order and not being from Colorado, the stairs really had me gasping for air LOL

Hollow windows and club underneath room made it hard to sleep. Had to pay to park.

The hotel is in a very convenient location easily walkable from Union Station and right on 16th St Mall. The host was highly communicative and gave thorough instructions. The room itself was BEAUTIFUL - we loved the fancy shower, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Coffee pods and a small fridge are available if needed. The facility feels extremely secure with digital code locks on the front door as well as guest doors.

The price displayed on Booking.com is not anywhere near the final price. The room appeared significantly cheaper than other local options until checkout, when around $100 of additional fees were added. A further $200 deposit was requested closer to check-in. Given the noisy location, I might have opted for a more conventional hotel had all costs been presented up front. Also note that online check-in is a bit tricky even for tech-savvy people. The website used for identity checking does not play well with every browser (I had a bit of trouble in Firefox) and did not clearly confirm when all check-in tasks were complete.

The location was perfect for what I needed to do and the room was very big for the price! Just wish smoking was allowed on the balcony.

No smoking allowed on balcony and having to walk downstairs while the club was busy just to smoke. No elevator. Luckily the club staff was there when I checked in and helped me carry my bags up.

Location was great! We had an overnight layover in Denver and the hotel was two blocks from Union Station. The room was so modern and beautiful.

The club downstairs played ridiculously loud music until 3 in the morning, therefore I couldn't sleep and woke up feeling terrible. I used the PROVIDED earplugs (obviously they know this is a problem), but it wasn't close to enough. I had to pay for parking. The parking garage next door was charging rates equating to highway robbery. No room should have you pay for parking. They wanted a ridiculous $200 deposit and stated that it may be held for up to 30 days! They charge extra for cleaning. I realize that this is a new trend now but that doesn't excuse the fact that by doing this, you're trying to sound like you're cheaper than other places that include cleaning in the price (as it should be) but you're actually more expensive. This is deception which in my mind makes anyone who does this dishonest. Yes, I realize this is all stated clearly up front, but it's still deception because most people are used to cleaning being included in the price and you know this. It's a way to try to appear competitive or even cheaper without actually doing so. Appearances...deception...lies. The digital check in is a monumental hassle. I want someone to talk to.

Communication with the property was superb, from ensuring we checked in and out with ease to even providing service recommendations. The location was amazing, very central and a nice street to be one. No key card was also great, one less thing to worry about. Interior was clean and very nice coffee inside. Would stay here again.

drapes did not cover the window, no shade, thus street light lit up the room brightly all evening. Refrigerator when cycling on was quite loud and very frequent. Get a new, quite model. Noise from nightclub not acceptable. We were given a rather mild warning in one of the emails. Unless guests are using the nightclub, I would not book them in first floor rooms. No elevator was real bummer for 76 year old people. Stair cases were steep and lengthy. Much quieter heating and cooling systems are available. Floor cover plate by bed was not doing it's job.

The room was open and airy with lots of room to spread out and claim our space. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the balcony allowed us to enjoy coffee on the terrace. We stayed here for a concert at Ball Arena which is only a 9 minute walk away and the convenience to downtown and tons of incredible restaurants is fantastic. The virtual check in process was easy and very easy to contact and get quick answers/instructions.

There are stairs, lots of stairs but worth the climb. The shower in our room never got hot but the sink did. You'll want to travel with someone close to you because the shower is open to the room with zero privacy. Only 1 mirror in the room and it's not well lit.

Loved the location and the communication was great. They were alot of help especially simplifying directions for check in. House keeping found my computer and I was told right away. So grateful for the staff. Thank you again for letting me know I left it behind

Easy contactless check in, which was very convenient and much preferred. The staff that communicated with you via messaging or phone was very friendly and eager to help. It was a cute little studio and really has everything you need. I would definitely stay again.

We didn't stay while the nightclub that is below it was open (stayed during weeknight). So we had no issue with noise from the club or anything causing lack of sleep. We slept quite comfortably. However, if you are going to stay while the nightclub is open, I would just be aware of that, because it would likely be a factor.

I liked the location (very accessible) and how easy was the check-in process. The room was pretty, modern, and super clean, and everything smelled so good. We loved we had a coffee machine and bathrobes. The communication with the host was fast and efficient. I'll be happy to stay there again in the future.

I didn’t know the building had no elevator, and as an almost 8-month pregnant, going up to the 3rd floor was a bit challenging, considering that we went out a lot. I didn’t like the pillows, they seemed old and very uncomfortable. Maybe it’s about time to get new ones :) and probably add an extra comforter (the one we had was comfy and soft, but very thin and short for two people)

The single complaint I have is that the water was so hot I could barely shower. It had to almost be turned off to be a temp that was bearable. Not sure what the fix is to that but everything else was great ! Only other recommendation that we find to be helpful is a full length mirror, when getting ready to go out on the town it really helps us girls :)

Everything. We stayed here for 1 night out of the 3 we had booked and decided we could NOT do this for the whole weekend. So we booked another hotel the next morning. The bed was so clapped out and uncomfortable that I had to visit the chiropractor immediately after this trip. The walls are so thin that the music from the club downstairs will shake your entire room until 2am. The curtains don’t close completely and let in tons of light, so despite not going to sleep until 2am, you will be up with the sun. When we came out of the room in the morning we found a white powder on the chair outside our door. Can’t confirm that it was in fact cocaine… but can’t rule it out either. The shower is an atrocity! It is un-frosted glass on all sides, and visible from the bed. So, you had better be okay with whomever you’re staying with seeing you naked, because there is no way around it unless they leave the room. No actual cable on the TV that I could find, so you are stuck watching Pluto TV.

Great location, coffee in room, and microwave

The curtain was missing when we checked in which left you 100% exposed while in the shower and dealing with the issue with customer service was a nightmare. We ended up hanging a towel to get a little privacy. No front desk staff. No ice machine. No where to leave bags before check in or after check out. The patio faces an adjacent roof with ac units so not really a great view. Floor was dirty - we wiped some water up and the napkin was disgusting. The bench coat rack was really wobbly and probably also broken. The fridge is an absorption refrigerator so it doesn't work very well. The p-trap under the sink with the shelf right under it and the open outlet box with no cover is a huge electrical hazard. Lots of contractor's paint buckets, ladders, marking tape in the common areas so the place is clearly under a semi-remodel.

Shower was huge and just awesome. The TV was an upper quality LG which included Netflix Hulu and other streaming services. Bed was comfortable and we didn’t have any problems with the noise. Great location and no children allowed was a good bonus as well!

The only thing I can think of that was a little annoying was running up and down the stairs but we are both in good shape so it wasn’t too much of a hassle though, I can see how other people may become very irritated by the lack of an elevator.
