Dari segi accomodation, overall quite good because ada peti, ada mesin basuh (walaupun sy xguna) bilik yg selesa, tv ada netflix, wifi, katil queen 2, heater, pinggan mangkuk..

Owner hanya contact melalui whatsapp sahaja, call xangkat. Deposit lambat bg walaupun dlm perjanjian kata dalam masa 24 jam. MUNGKIN XADA NIAT PUN NAK BAGI BALIK DEPOSIT RM200 tu. Saya kena report booking.com baru dpt deposit balik..AGAK SCAMMER DI SITU YE.. Its to loud when you stay at this property.. there are some disco or pub below the suite. I can Confirm u that you can't sleep well until 3 am because of the sound of music at pub 3 am.

When i came at the first day there was a stained on the mattress. This place is not recommended to sleep. There was a karaoke premise just below this homestay/apartment. Owner and staff also very rude and did not want to return my RM 100 deposit. They claimed that there was a dirty stain on the mattress and also at the toilet. Before i left the homestay/apartment i already double check the toilet and ensured the toilet is flushed. But when i requested for deposit the owner kept silent and there was no further action until now.

Nothing.

Everything about this suite. The toilet is too small and it only have 1 toilet. The toilet are also too dirty.Secondly, there is no voice cancellation wall. The pub below us were too loud and we couldn't sleep. Third, the pot and the plate in the kitchen are very dirty. The fridge is empty and there is no mineral water in 1the fridge.im very disappointed about this suite since it wasn't exactly from the picture.
