Central location yet quiet. Clean and comfortable room with good facilities.

Schoon, goede bedden en uitstekende ligging.
De kamer was wat klein..maar dat is dan ook het enige.
Sanitair prima..in het weekend wat uitgaans publiek, dus 's avonds raam dicht.

Bardzo polecam hotel! Lokalizacja mega - boczny widok na rynek (pomimo bliskości centrum świetne wyciszenie pokoi - albo nam się akurat tak udało), śniadania przepyszne, bardzo pomocny personel - wszystko spełniło moje oczekiwania! :) Dodatkowym dużym udogodnieniem były parasole z hotelu oraz przechowalnia bagażu. Pobyt ze znajomymi i z dziećmi (3l.) i jestem bardzo zadowolona :) Chętnie wrócimy...

Naprosto dokonalá lokalita doslova pár kroků od Rynku, příjemný a vstřícný personál, pěkný pokoj a výtečná snídaně.
Nemohu si na nic stěžovat.

I booked this hotel for my parents who are nervous travellers. It was their first time away since before COVID! They said that they had never met nicer staff than at this hotel. They had the best time here. They hotel was in a great location, the rooms were clean, well equipped and perfectly priced. They hadn’t added breakfast but after having it the first morning, they ate their every morning. Staff went out of their way to help them and even prepped a little take away breakfast for them when they had to depart the hotel at a very early hour due to travel! My parents were so complimentary and I would like to thank all of the staff for helping them and making this a perfect trip away for them that they will remember always.

we paid additional 100 polish zloty each for 2 breakfasts . After we paid we realized that we will not be able to eat second breakfast because the flight was too early. I asked for the refund for the second breakfast , they refused. they said there is the policy . and that we will received breakfast in the bag . we were surprised to received for 100 polish zloty 2 buns with butter and 1 slice of cheese , a pear and a bottle of water . what a ripoff. This incident completely change my satisfactory review of this hotel .

Good size rooms, comfortable beds, nice breakfast.
The duvets were rather small for the beds. The shower leaked making the floor in bathroom slippery.

This is a perfect place to stay at: great price, located just in the city center where all the attractions are, a lot of places to eat at just in front of the hotel, super convenient and comfortable

Location is great, it is right in the middle of old town. Considering that hotel is in no-car zone, there is additional advantage that Uber/Bolt can leave you really close to hotel (max 50 m from hotel). Hotel does offer airport transfer, but no need to use this as taxis/Uber are available 24/7 and it is much cheaper than hotel offered transport. All staff is great and helpful. Breakfast is just fine!
Single room I used is smaller, with very strange bathroom layout.

Great value hotel in an excellent location. It's just a few yards from the main square and near to the road and tram route through the old town. The hotel was very clean, rooms were well equipped and breakfast was great. We couldn't have picked a better place for our short visit to Krakow.

Great location in the heart of the Old Town. Room very clean and looked just like the picture.
Two slight negatives. I had perhaps the narrowest single bed that I have slept in. Comfy, but narrow. The second is the bathroom has that odd toilet placement that some European bathrooms do where the toilet is angled so that your legs are underneath the sink. Of course, you can just sit on it sideways.

we had one of the top floor bedrooms, most renovated ones, nice space but in summer, all the windows make the bedroom become an oven and pretty hard / long to cool down honestly are you are under the roof.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The position is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone going to visit Krakow.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like. I knew that I liked everything about it because I had stayed there before.
