The location was fantastic—about 300 meters from Wawel. The apartment was very thoughtfully furnished, tasteful, and extremely comfortable. Communication was fast and incredibly helpful; we received assistance with storing our luggage before check-in, and they also allowed us to occupy the apartment early.A thoughtful welcome package had been prepared for us, complete with a lovely greeting card.
There was just one minor inconvenience: the windows opened onto the inner courtyard, and due to the neighboring pizzeria, we could rarely air out the room.

Location excellent. Question about staff irrelevant as I did not see anyone which was appropriate when renting an apartment for such a short stay and there is no reception.
Finding the apartment was not easy but luckily a corner shop person assisted me.
TV control was dysfunctional eg I could not get normal TV channels eg for local news etc. I did not wish to wstch Netflix. However I spent very little time in the apartment so it did not matter much to me but was more frustrating.

Świetne miejsce w samym centrum Krakowa, a jednocześnie bardzo ciche! Tuż przy ul. Grodzkiej — dosłownie kilka minut spacerem zarówno na Wawel, jak i na Rynek pod Sukiennice. Pokój bardzo czysty, wygodne łóżko i wszystko świetnie przygotowane. Na powitanie czekała na mnie woda, owoce i kartka powitalna — bardzo miły gest. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócę! ❤️
