Uncleanliness, Overexpansive, no subscription for Netflix and difficult to communicate with Staff in English, thanks to Google translate. Booking.com should refund at least 30% my money back. I am sharing honest review to help your business grow.

There are two small supermarkets which u can buy mostly all stuff there which open till midnite and a cafe downstairs which I find very convenient for family. I like the service rendered by Mr. Anang, the housekeeper. He reply to all my queries by whatsapp promptly.

No local TV channels available except Netflix. Slow connection and lagging for the Netflix. I found 3 cockroach during my stay there. This is my first time to encounter such problem of any of my vacation.

We booked 2 bedroom apartment..living room Aircon wasnt working well and one of the room Aircon wasn't working well ..master room bathroom had leakage and gave out a smell..had a hard time to navigate TV, staff was friendly and tried his best to help but couldn't do much

TV had no aerial and was therefore useless. Was provided with wrong password for Wi-Fi. Only one room key provided for two people. Staff only contactable by phone and had very limited English. Room hadn't been cleaned properly with dirty socks left next to the sink. And get this, our bags were taken to our room prior to check-in, however when we did check-in, I found that my bottle of duty free whiskey had broken and was leaking whiskey onto the floor and into my bag. Thanks for that guys, that's NZD63 you owe me.
