Escalators being broken was frustrating, and better signage for directions

It was clean and supplied

I could smell the cigarettes smell from my room, it was horrible. On the second day there, I asked for new towels and it never arrived. I saw housekeeping on the third day and asked for towels and they gave me extra towels. It would have been nice to have it on the second day instead of the third day.

It was a nice experience. Fun vibe.

Most escalators were broken and the hotel has horrible signage so you spend most of the 1st night trying to find where you're going. Once in our room, the toilet was dirty. They only provide 2 pillows per bed and we had 2 towels and 1 hand towel in the bathroom. There is no fan in the bahroom so if someone uses it, no one else can for a few hours. There were buckets catching leaks from the ceiling in the abandoned lobby in the tower where we stayed.

Around midnight, Hotel shuttle v late in arriving , so called hotel to expedite. Check in, long wait, initially one agent then two, slow process.
Given room in tower , had to negotiate 3 sets of stairways with 4 suitcases to reach lift lobby - terrible. Reached room which was cold, unable to set temperature to ambient ? so wore additional clothes.

No blankets… it was cold. And the heater didn’t work.

Stay at Circus Circus a couple of times a year when traveling through Reno for work and normally all is just fine. This time after running the shower for 5 plus min the water was still cold. Shuttle to the airport was 15 min late for the 0430 pick up then the driver stopped to chat with another driver at Silver Legacy for another 10 min before heading to the airport. Like I said normally pretty good but this time it was a little off which can also happen elsewhere. Will still use Circus Circus again for another shot

Not excellent service and had hidden charges.

Booked this for 3 nights. We missed the first night of our reservation because we were trapped in bad weather on the west side of the Sierras. I called in the morning to make sure that we still had a room for the next two nights. Without asking for it, they voluntarily waived the room and resort fees for the night that we missed. Definitely above and beyond. Overall this was a great value. The room was clean and modern. Ours had a cool (and very practical) charging station on the night stand. The staff that we met with were extraordinarily kind. There are a ton of eateries and shops on premise. Overall - great stay.

Great rooms

We reported we were traveling with another couple and wanted rooms near one another. Instead they set us up in totally different towers and to get rooms near each other we had to move to the tower furthest from the casino. The tram was not in operation and it was a LONG hike back and forth to the casino. Our room keys did not work either. Maid dropped and broke our iPad.

Checking in was awful and they forced me to do self check in. And it wasn’t clear on where ny room was and had to wait in line again to ask if they are gonna do self check in for convenience they should make it as such ..

Was given wrong room. Was supposed to get a king size bed, but it had 2 queen beds. Was never told they were out of those beds. Never received an email, text or phone call.
When i did call the woman on the other line said to walk all the way back to the front desk to see if maybe i can get the room i was supposed to get. I was supposed to get a return phone call which i didnt get. Long story short VERY POOR communication on their end. And to top it off it literally took us 29 minutes just to walk and find the elevator to our room.

Worst experience. Homeless people just chilling in the hotel. Beds were uncomfortable, shower felt like needles going through the body, called security twice due to the neighbors fighting and kicking on the doors, lady crying and screaming at her boyfriend and nothing was done, went on till about 3am. Checked out a day early and asked for refund and I was told it wouldn't be disputed by the hotel since I had valid complaints, but now hotels.com is telling me that they can't get a hold of Ryan the morning Manager to confirm the dispute and give me my money back.

I used to stay here when visiting my family so I felt comfortable booking again for my kids. The room was really run down. Had to call multiple times to get towels. We were a party of 4 and they only gave us 2. The elevators for the sky tower did not work properly so we had to stand in a line of minimum 50+ people every-time we tried to go to our room. I won’t stay here again.

We had a good stay as we usually do. My complaint is the shower would not drain, to shower you had to stand in inches of water that would take several minutes to drain after turning off the shower

Great customer service in front desk. When checking and room wasn't ready. Clean staff hurry and clean before check in. Will stay again, because of the extra care...

It was ok. The entire place seems pretty run down and you can’t escape the cigarette smoke or smell which brings down overall quality. The check in process was awful, waited over an hour to check in because the kiosk wasn’t working. Lots of hidden fees that their site didn’t mention and I’m still not sure what all the charges were. The beds were ok but in our two queen room the beds had different amounts of bedding and it was odd that they don’t have fitted sheets on the beds. Looked like the beds just had oversized flat sheets wrapped over the mattress. Food options weren’t bad. For the extra fees it would’ve been nice to have a microwave in the room. Definitely won’t be staying there again if we go back to Reno.

The room was very nice. The check-in process was horrible. I waited in line about an hour. I tried to use the kiosk but it said my room wasn’t ready at 6 pm, so got back in line. Also, tried to call hotel bell desk and operator from room and never got anyone to answer. No literature in the room regarding room service, restaurants, etc.

Check in a on a kiosk, had no help with any questions regarding parking or finding room. Most escalators going down were closed off, not working. Not enough elevators. Lines were 50 people plus.
2.0
The actual room was nice and clean, and modern. The rest of the tower we were in was not. Be prepared to walk, checking in is in one location and then you have to take several hallways and stairs to get to the elevators to the rooms. And again anytime you want to get to either parking garage. There is always a line for the elevators, didn’t matter what time we went back, there was a long line.
Even if you’re staying with the intention of spending time on the Row, these rooms were so inconvenient add the $40 resort fee with the biggest perk being unlimited telephone calls the stay wasn’t worth it for Downtown.
3.0
It took 20 minutes to check in at the frontdesk; all manual because kiosk doesn’t work at all. All other guests were complaining while waiting.
Room is clean and spacious, but I could hear the outside cars, sirens very clearly from 17th floor at night.
3.0
The directions to get to the room was poor. If you haven't been there its like a maze and trying to figure out where to go can be difficult. Rooms was clean and decent, no issues there. The fees are astronomical. $40+ dollars for resort fees for items that we never used such as the coffee maker, the gym and printing off a boarding pass when we didn't even fly in. We're still trying to figure out what we are going to be charged because as of now our credit card is showing $100 more than what was quoted. Would be nice to just see one price and be charged for that price, but I guess simplicity is not an option.

Lot problem with the elevator
Wait for that like 25 min

Place is clean outside and inside. Front desk is polite and fast. Rooms are clean.

Check in was really slow even with self check in kiosks. Staff was nice and helpful. The toilet in our room kept running and I had to open the tank to fix it after every flush. Room was pretty clean and beds surprisingly comfortable. Dislike the fact that elevators have to go through the smoky smell of the casino, especially with babies in strollers.

My room 1859 ,smell like smoke . I try calling the the front desk but I wouldn’t get answer. I wanna get other room because i was with my kid and he was uncomfortable because of the smell.

Originally booked a King room and when we got there it was two queens instead. Found used dental floss picks on the floor from previous guests. Kiosk service at the front desk didn’t print out my room number, only printed the keys so we had to wait even longer to talk to someone. Charges were more expensive than what was promised on Expedia.

Terrible. Anytime we were coming and going to our room we had to wait 30 minutes in a line just for an elevator. The elevator never stopped at our floor for us to come down. Just Terrible. Check in... another huge line. Way over-crowded.

The lines to check in are way to long and moves very slow and the elevators line it’s terrible 😞

This was the worst hotel stay of my life. The resort does not have nearly enough elevators to accommodate hotel guests which is not only very inconvenient for patrons staying at your establishment but most likely also a health and safety concern. Most of the staff was neither knowledgeable of the various resort amenities nor very friendly. It felt extremely unsafe while walking the resort grounds, with limited or non existence security throughout. The room itself had stains on the bathroom ceiling-gross. The bedding was itchy and the bed itself was almost impossible to sleep in. I get it's Ceasars and you have cheap rooms but you also charge a resort fee each night which makes your rooms comparable to most others that offer a much safer, relaxing stay; and sans the bathroom stains and horrible beds. You can do much, much better.

We stayed during presidents weekend and the elevators were not working for all the people that were staying at the hotel . 20 minutes wait for a elevator
