Amazing Pool, great Service! I will come again

Great amenities, loved the hotel restaurants as they provided a good variety. The gym and tennis court were superb! All the staff were lovely and movie night was a nice touch. Overall it was a great stay!

Pool side music wasn’t quite to our taste.

The highlight was definitely the food, which honestly made our stay extra special. Every dish was delicious, creative, and clearly very carefully thought out. I would even say some dishes were close to Michelin-star quality. The food was truly exceptional. The Guest Relations team was kind, attentive, and very helpful. They listened to our concerns and offered thoughtful solutions, including a complimentary 30-minute massage for both of us and a late check-out, which we really appreciated. The reception team was also friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and easy.

Our sea-view room was not quite what we expected, as the sea was relatively distant and much of the view was of other buildings. The hotel kindly offered to move us after our third night, but with only two nights remaining, we decided not to go through the inconvenience of changing rooms. The only area I feel could be improved is housekeeping, which could be brought more in line with the overall 5-star standard of the hotel. A little more attention to detail, particularly with cleaning and towel replacement, would make the experience even better and help maintain such a beautiful property to the standard it deserves. One small note: the area immediately around the hotel is quite undeveloped, with not much to see or do outside the property, so the hotel is best suited to guests who are happy to enjoy the resort itself.

Great Staff

Nice beach but access to sea hardly possible due to the rocky coast! For swimmers like Myself a bad surprise
