Location is excellent, right next to the station. The rooms are very new, clean, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was amazing, but it had no windows and the ac wasnt working in peak of a heatwave.
The AC system is very weird and it doesn’t work at all. We couldn’t change the temperature even though we asked for instructions several times. We were staying in July in the middle of a heatwave so the heat was unbearable. On top of that, the windows were completely shut so we couldnt even open the windows to get fresh air and try to cool down, at least a bit. The other room we booked had issues with the hot water so they couldnt shower for a whole day. I hope they fixed the AC by now, but you have to keep this in mind when booking - it gets really stuffy and airless.

The location. They kept our luggage before the check-in and after the check-out.
The size (it seemed to be larger on the photos). The toilet didn’t work very well sometimes. The bed for the third person was small and uncomfortable. The ventilation/air-conditioning system was making quite an annoying noise until they switched it off at 10 pm.
