La localización del hotel es ideal para hospedarse en Bruselas. Muy cerquita del centro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones aunque son un poco antiguas son acogedoras y muy cómodas. Tienen todas las facilidades para cubrir las necesidades: secador de pelo, nórdico calentito, toallas… El personal es súper agradable y amable. Muchos de ellos hablan español por lo facilita y agiliza mucho la comunicación. El parking se encuentra en la calle de atrás y tiene una entrada directa al hotel.

Un aspecto a mejorar podría ser detallar en la descripción que el parking tiene el techo bajito y hay un límite de altura para el mismo, por lo que sería ideal que los clientes conocieran este detalle por el tema del coche. En nuestro caso no tuvimos problema, un chico del hotel vio nuestro coche de alquiler y nos dijo que sin problema podríamos aparcar y así fue.

Llegamos y la verdad es que la ubicación es bastante céntrica y el personal fue amable pero HABÍA CHINCHES EN LA HABITACIÓN. Llamamos a recepción y nos cambiaron la habitación, aunque diciendo que eso no eran chinches cuando claramente se observa una chinche aplastada en la foto. Al cambiarnos la habitación, el aparato del aire/calefacción no funcionaba y pasamos FRÍO en un hotel… Bruselas es una ciudad bastante fría así que imaginad la habitación. No dijimos nada porque preferíamos que no funcionase el aire a que la habitación tuviese chinches. No nos pidieron disculpas. Las habitaciones son muy viejas y no están muy limpias, eso sí, la cama es bastante cómoda (si tienes suerte de no tener chinches). En definitiva, no vayáis a este hotel si queréis tener una buena experiencia. No lo recomiendo.

Posizione centralissima, 10 mins a piedi e anche uscire la sera è comodo. Vicino anche alla stazione. Letto comodo, camera pulita e ben insonorizzata. Il bar rooftop all'ultimo piano offre cocktail fantastici e staff amichevole. Lo staff in generale dell'hotel è stato cordiale, fatta eccezione per un paio di persone.

La doccia era solo a muro e con soffione montato basso. Non molto comodo. Un paio di persone dello staff non sono state troppo piacevoli, il signore al baggage claim non mi ha concesso di aprire il mio zaino nello stanzino. Altra situazione strana: la sera prima decido di fare colazione in hotel, il ragazzo mi dice che avrei potuto pagare direttamente la mattina stessa, così la mattina vado in reception e chiedo di poter fare colazione e pagarla all'istante. La ragazza mi dice prima che non può farlo (quindi non avrei potuto fare colazione ed era rimasta l'ultima mezz'ora) e poi ci ripensa e mi concede la grazia di farmi fare colazione. Non l'ho capita sinceramente e vorrei segnalarla. Peccato perché sarebbe stato un 10 altrimenti

Ich hatte um ein Doppelbett gebeten, bekam aber leider zwei Betten. Außerdem war das Zimmer (357) sehr hellhörig.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind sauber.

Ich schätze, das Hotel ist aus den 80ern und seit dem wurde auch nicht mehr viel renoviert. Die Möbel sind dunkel und verschlissen. Das Schönste ist die Roof-Top Bar. Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich, und leider wird das Rührei aus Pulver zubereitet.

Otel bir göçmen kampı gibi Lobi de , asansörlerde öyle bir hareket var ki başınız dönüyor. Resepsiyonda her an her dakika nasıl bu kadar kalabalık olabiliyor Oda duvarlarının izolasyonu o kadar zayıf ki bütün sesler olduğu gibi duyuluyor. Akşam 8. kat barına çıkıp oturalım dedik malesef kapıda kimse ilgilenmedi içeri girip oturamadık zaten oturabilse idik akustik nedeni ile konuşulanı duymak pek mümkün değil. Özetle çok özensiz bir otel.

Centrale ligging, maar niet echt een fijne buurt. Waar je laat in de avond in ieder geval liever niet alleen loopt.

Kamer was warm en de airco functioneerde niet. Raam kon gelukkig wel open. Personeel was niet heel vriendelijk.

L’emplacement à quelques minutes de la Grand Place, le hall d’accueil, la chambre relativement spacieuse. L’accueil sympathique à la réception.

L’encombrement de la chambre avec des meubles désuets et inutiles pour certains : une petite table et deux fauteuils, une autre table, un bureau, un ancien meuble de frigo (mais pas de frigo) un support de valise et un placard… on a un peu l’impression d’être dans un dépôt de meubles « vintage »… Le restaurant situé au 8e est très bruyant, avec une musique dissuadant de converser…

L’albergo è in un’ottima posizione, in circa 10 minuti di passeggiata di raggiunge il centro di Bruxelles ed anche la stazione centrale. Molto curato l’ambiente, camera pulita e ben arredata. Colazione abbastanza varia con scelte sia dolci che salate Personale disponibile per qualunque richiesta

Habitué des lieux, j'apprécie particulièrement le professionnalisme et l'accueil du personnel à la réception et du petit-déjeuner (entre-autres). Chambre toujours très propre. Lit confortable. Petit-déjeuner continental varié. Rapport qualité/prix excellent.

The location was excellent. Withing 10 mins walking you are in the Grand Place, Palace of Justice and many other hot spots of the city. Overall, it's a value for money option, I would definitely recommend to for short stay in Brussels.

La ubicación era perfecta, muy céntrica y bien conectada con todo, todo estaba muy limpio y no dudaría en repetir y recomendarlo.

Nada, quizás el regulador de temperatura de la habitación no funcionaba muy bien.

Located in between the centre and the big train station, but still very quiet at night. Breakfast is a big buffet, staff is helpful and speaks about 5 languages. Parking was small and a little expensive but good.

The rooftop bar and the price is a bit much for what you get in my opinion
