Space. Location
Seagulls noise in the early morning

Proximity to the sea. Close to Hastings.
A couple of issues I raised with the host. Strange unpleasant smell in the apartment that is being fixed.
I would prefer to have the bedding ironed and for all linen (including towels) to be white.
Parking is residents permit only 9am-6pm which caused some stress finding a suitable space.
