Excellent location oposite Roman ruins,close to the city center,good room,tasty breakfast.

High price,cleanliness could be improved,dust was visible on the nightstands,the toilet seat was loose.

Location and room were very good

Absence of a bar area for drinks only.

We booked the private suite with The terrace. This was the best part of the room.

Both evenings of our stay, my friend and myself tried to get a dinner reservation on the rooftop terrace, but to no avail. We were squeezed in around the corner of the terrace and told that we could order drinks with small snacks, but were not allowed to order anything off the dinner menu. We asked that same evening if we could book dinner for the following evening but we were told that the terrace restaurant was completely booked. This was extremely disappointing given the fact that we were staying in the hotel and had booked the largest and most expensive suite. In my opinion, reservations for the terrace should be given priority to people staying in the hotel, and in particular the booked suites.
