THE LOCATION

Its location couldn’t be better. This apartment is in a central spot near one of Rome's most-visited tourist attractions. It is just few minutes from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain and at a walking distance from most of the city’s iconic sights such as Piazza Navona or Villa Borghese and of most famous shopping streets such as via Condotti or via del Corso.

After a day of sightseeing, sample one of the countless restaurants, trattorias and bars right on your doorstep. The host is happy to make a booking for you.

The home is also very close to the subway station Barberini and two stations away from the Railway Termini station, which is connected to the airport.

THE ROOMS

This cozy, compact and comfortable apartment has everything you need to feel at home during your Roman holiday. You will find 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a large balcony that also serve as an outdoor dining area and and a very large roof terrace for exclusive use by the guest.

The bedroom has one double bed. At full occupancy, two (up to four) people can sleep in the living room where there are one single sofa bed and one double sofa bed. We’d recommend sticking to a guest count of two or three, so the sofa beds in the living room aren’t in use as there’d be very little privacy being in four.

There's a desk and laptop-friendly workspace if you plan to work from home during your stay.

The spacious living room with two comfy double sofas bed, TV, air conditioning both cooling and heating. From the living room you can access the large Rome & Juliet-style balcony.

The kitchenette is equipped with the basics and it is better suited to light bites rather than full meals. But there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance in the area that you won’t even notice.
