Good location, good service, big apartment

Not so much comfortable beds

Spacious suites in a great location for us. Comfortable beds. While the kitchen had minimum of dishware and pots, pans etc., staff was able to piece together whatever else we needed. In apartment washer/dryer was a welcome luxury. Great bonus was as regular housekeeping as we needed/wanted. We've stayed at several hotels during visits to Bogota. This was by far the best value we've found to date.

Second time staying here. The entire staff from the front desk, to the team preparing breakfast, to the cleaning crew- everyone treats you like family. It also is very helpful that many of the employees here speak great English.

The apartment we had was massively over hyped on website. The lounge area was nice.

The apartment we had was massively over hyped on website. Very little met expectations. One bathroom was so small anyone over about 5ft 10in can’t sit on toilet. Shower was so small I could barely fit in it (I’m only 175 lbs!). Beds were rockhard and very small. One bedroom was so small there was only 9 inch clearance between bottom of bed and wall making very difficult to pass to access wardrobe or bathroom
