Comfortable , convenient location to Toyota Center

A very acrid smell hits you immediately when you open the door and enter the house. Pets are allowed on this property (we did not have pets) but it was obvious that cats and/ or dogs had frequented this house. Terrible urine smell! Was especially strong in the main floor bedroom. We had to clean the upstairs shower before using because it smelled so bad. There are a few plug-in air filters in the house (that obviously don’t work) so the owners must know there is a problem. Also found a few desert burrs in the carpet in the main bedroom. Ouch!
