Arena Hotel Baku

my experience was amazing it was my birthday trip and they made it extra special by giving me surpirse with cake and balloons on arrival it was exceptional and i am really happy with it. room service nargis and aiten was really good and the management Parviz and İlham Elkhan were also really good . they all made my birthday trip really worth it.

Early check-in was a great plus. The apartment has a washing machine, even a hairdryer, an iron and a drying rack. There’s water every day, a coffee set, a fridge and a microwave. It feels like a normal flat, but more spacious and with a nice view. Towels and shampoo were provided, along with disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste; there were even a bathrobe and disposable slippers. The ladies clean almost every day, and we always had a clean floor. A lovely surprise. Breakfast was included in the price, which really makes life easier. For me personally, the biggest expression of hospitality was that, in less than an hour and almost late at night, the staff arranged a yoga mat for me; after a long journey, that was extremely important.

Breakfast was good, with local items.
