Great business hotel with a wonderful lobby and very rich and diverse breakfast. Rooms are pretty comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful and kind, always at service. Location is also great, since all the main attractions are easily reachable.

Everything was ok.

The large room, well thought design and placement of furniture, cleanliness and daily upkeep during our 5 day stay. Service and English speaking staff that does above and beyond service. Location to station , nearby convini, 10-15min walk to uemie shopping with shortcut.

Breakfast is not worth the price paid. Could be better. An addition of a public onsen bath. These would make the stay perfect 10.

离神户站步行两三百米，出行十分方便。房间很宽敞，床品及浴室都十分舒适，性价比高。整体满意。

綺麗でしたよ。 受付のスタッフもとてもスタイリッシュな対応でした。

1.離JR神戶站不遠，但這區不是鬧區，還蠻寧靜的。 2.JR神戶站一樓，靠近這個旅館的出口，有間蠻大的超市，方便購買。3.我訂房時剛好有75折優惠，覺得這個價錢物超所值。 4.離臨海樂園那一區走路十幾分鐘也會到達。

とてもキレイできもちよかったです。 また、バスタブの大きさが足が伸ばせて最高でした！ お水も助かりました。

ホテルが清潔で良かった。

Greeted by friendly, competent, English-speaking staff that gave us lots of recommendations for the area. The room was cozy, well-desighed, super clean. And we really enjoyed the harbor area and children's mall (not just for kids!) a short walk away. Kobe is really cool! And were able to get to the area of this hotel easily & cheaply from Osaka on the regional rail.

櫃檯很親切，房間雖然不大，但看起來很舒服，附的枕頭就有兩種高度可選擇，冷氣是獨立空調，浴室也很乾淨。早餐選項雖然不多，但很好吃。自助洗衣機一次300日圓，烘衣100日圓/30分鐘，但烘衣機功率小，若衣服多的話，可能要多烘幾次。

房间比较宽敞，非常整洁，各项设施俱全。地理位置优越，距离神户站很近。

窗户隔音效果不太好，深夜听得见汽车和电车行驶的噪音。服务人员不够热情，没有主动打招呼。

The staff were warm, friendly and accommodating. The black out curtains in the room were amazing. The beds were super comfortable and came with two big pillows. I woke up and the room was still completely blacked out.

The breakfast buffet items weren't really hot although there was a good selection.

Staff, cleanliness and location

Great location, near to the station which is also a stop for special rapid trains. The staff was accommodating in both English and Japanese. They explained everything and answered any questions we had. The staff in the cafe (which is also where the delicious breakfast buffet is served) was also very courteous and helpful. Some of the best staff members I have encountered while traveling. Housekeeping staff when encountered in the hallways were also very polite. Our room was a good size and the TV menu had lots of information (EN/JP) about the facilities and items one could borrow from the front desk. We borrowed a blanket and the staff was again very accommodating and lovely.

Soundproofing could be better as our room neighbors were a bit loud.
