We really enjoyed our short staff in this hotel. The location is brilliant with sites and good places to eat on the doorstep. It was so clean and staff were so helpful and the decor was gorgeous.
As a Brit it would have been lovely to have a kettle in the room but the bar produced the best black tea I’ve ever had.

The location was reasonably close to the main station and the city centre. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the lounge on the ground floor and the evening bar on the rooftop, with views out to the docks.
My room was slightly smaller than would be ideal. It's frustrating when opening a two-part case requires moving the furniture and blocking access to the window.

Wonderful hotel, with an excellent location and a metro station right on the doorstep! Although the rooms were small, the breakfast was varied, fresh, and of very good quality.
The staff were not always willing to help, especially those at the reception. They seemed unfriendly and were not very proactive.
We booked a meeting room well in advance, but due to a mistake by the hotel, it ended up being double-booked. They offered us the Cloud Bar as an alternative, which was fine, but halfway through the meeting, maintenance staff came in at the hotel's request.
I mean, we paid for the space and were still interrupted. That shouldn't happen.
