Amazing location for the station, friendly staff, comfortable bed, quiet room.

Slightly edgy area outside, but that’s what we expected staying near the station.

Lo staff è il punto forte dell'albergo, tutti gentilissimi e super disponibili. Le camere sono piccole ma pulite ed accoglienti. La colazione è ottima.

L'hotel è vicino la stazione. Sicuramente comodissimo, vicino al centro ed è possibile raggiungere qualsiasi punto di Amburgo. Purtroppo, come sempre in germania, le stazione sono piene di drogati ma tranquilli è a 7 metri dall'uscita della metropolitana.

Great staff! The staff smiled and were genuinely welcoming. Justin and Apollo made us feel at home. Any query was quickly and professionally addressed. I had some concerns about noise, but the double glazing and location of our room made a good night’s sleep a certainty, something very important to me. The room was compact but adequate, in good repair and very clean. The bathroom had sufficient shelf space for our own items. The water in the shower was hot, and the wall mounted heater allowed us to have dry towels, something we really relish. The breakfast included in the price was extensive. We even had the choice of a coffee machine with multiple options, or filtered coffee, which was very good.

I missed a second chair in the bedroom, so that I had to sit on the bed to read - though I did manage this quite well.

The breakfast was good; they had a decent salad/ pastry/ fish/ yogurt selection, and the venue had a nice ambiance. The room was very simple but comfortable enough. The shower and wifi worked fine. Lighting was OK. The bed was narrow but comfortable. Overall, it was indeed a convenient hotel with a nice breakfast. The room was fine.

The location and entrance. In front of the building (station plaza), there was loud ethnic music going on during the day, and the atmosphere was a little sketchy at night. Some men were loitering around the narrow hotel entrance. There was no lobby area to sit down while waiting, and the entrance area was not comfortable in general. Elevator was not easy to use. The room decor was a little rundown though it didn’t bother me a lot. Essentially my complaint is about the entrance area in/out. The room was fine.
