Fun and vibrant artwork. Easy to get to and parking right next to the building.

This is a unique property, located right near I-25 and surrounded by various cafés and restaurants. There is no reception; all communication takes place via email or messaging, including the access code sent on the day of arrival. A station in the hallway offers water, coffee supplies, and basic personal care items. I stayed in a small, tastefully decorated studio. There is a communal area in the basement.
A public paid parking lot is located next to the building—where guests apparently receive a discount—but unfortunately, instructions on how to claim that discount were missing.

The property is bright, clean and attractive. Staff was not on hand for reception, but communication via text was very good. The apartment was spacious with a complete kitchen.
The shower was adequate but not very convenient, suspended over an old fashioned tub with a surround curtain. The main problem was noise from upstairs at bedtime. Even with earplugs I struggled to sleep.
