The location is excellent, close to the walking we wanted to do. Patrick was a lovely host and gave us a great recommendation and voucher for dinner at the Harbour House.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
Breakfast is the star of this hotel. Cooked to order.
The en suite was a little more basic that expected, however anything extra we needed was provided without any fuss.

Rachel did an an exceptional job getting breakfast to us in a timely manner. She also made the initial phone contact tracking us down and making herself available for key pickup. Issues related to the room were also quickly dealt with
We are not European and so may need more detailed information available int he room so we can independently operate without calling for asistance. For example we could not get the shower to produce hot water; the hot water tap int he sink had the same issue and, as a result, much water was wasted. The shower was simply a matter of pulling the cord which we took for an emergency alert cord. Some notice in the room would have eliminated the problem.
