Location , balcony, elevator ,
Nice appliances in the kitchen but absolutely no cooking utensils, very limited dishes and glassware . Part of the ceiling in the loft over the TV is too low and very dangerous . Should be labelled or padded . My husband hit his head twice . Someone could break their nose or get a concussion

The position is excellent for what we planned. It is very quiet, which in the centre of Naples is more than important. Also big thanks for the staff for allowing us to check in early as it was a bit last minute. Easy with our 12 year old, not sure if it is great for young kids.
Little things like having to ask for toilet paper and missing cutlery. Small really as this was solved very quickly.

Ottima posizione. Vicino all’Università.
Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di essere rimodernato.

It was easy to arrive and to go to the ferry, the bed was nice.
They charged us a late check in fee for arriving at 11 pm which is not showing on the booking. The best part is no one was there to receive us. So we paid a late check fee so we could use the code sent by them and get the key from under the doormat.
The hot water doesn’t work, the shower is horribly small, considering I am 1,55cm very small .
We glad we only stayed a night. I would say not a good option even for a night.
