The property is as described. Very nice. You do have a few stairs to climb to get to the appartment

Stairs

Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Comfortable sitting room. Good shower. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Walkable to train station. Secure doors so we felt very safe.

The location of this property is absolutely perfect! The building is very old and historic with huge rooms. The decor could be updated but it doesn’t detract from the comfort of the apartment. The close proximity to the Ponte Vecchio is great!

1. Great location, central and very easy to reach 2. Charming and spacious apartment

1. Comfort – While we understand the building’s vintage charm, the apartment became uncomfortably hot without effective air circulation. A single standing fan was insufficient and temporary supplemental cooling option might help guests stay comfortable during warmer days. 2. Bathroom - The toilet bowl was noticeably unstable, which could pose a risk over time. A quick repair would ensure both safety and peace of mind. 3. Front Door Lock – The lock was quite stiff and tricky to operate, especially for newcomers. We were grateful for a neighbor’s help, but a smoother mechanism (or clear instructions) would prevent frustration for short-term guests. 4. Shower Drainage – The shower drained slowly, requiring us to clear the blockage during our stay. A routine check of the plumbing would go a long way in maintaining the apartment’s convenience. We raised these points privately with the owner not to criticize, but because we believe these fixes would make the apartment much more comfortable and functional for future guests.
