The staff were very friendly
We have stayed at the Yotelpad before and when I booked the room again a while ago I asked if this time we could have a room where you could actually see outside as I had found the room a bit claustrophobic last time. I received a message to say that the hotel had received the message and din't hear anything else so had assumed as we booked well in advance this request would be OK. However, the room we were given was the exact same room as before just facing a very high wall.

Staff were all excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The room had everything needed.
Nothing really. The room was a little cramped once you put the bed flat but ok for one person.

The check-in process was very easy, and the staff were brilliant. All three staff members we encountered were friendly, cheerful, and happy to help.
Good location as well.
Overall, the stay was okay, but for a 4-star hotel, I expected a higher standard. The floor was not very clean, and the shower head was not working properly. These details made the experience less comfortable than expected.
