Grand Palladium Select Bávaro - All Inclusive

Our stay was amazing and well exceeded our expectations! From facilities, comfort, staff, food and beverages, kids activities, clean rooms, amenities: everything was excellent. My kids loved all the fun at the Kid's club, especially with Cristy. Everyone was so professional, especially Juan Carlos, Constantino, and Luis (Family Selection pool bar) that went above and beyond. We would definitely come back to this hotel!

Everything was beautiful

Amazing experience, staff, friendly, quick buffet or spot on Friday of food

Our stay was great! It is a large property which takes some getting used to but we felt it was good for our week long stay. We did have Rafael, our e-butler, help with a few reservations for dinner, which was so nice because the dinners were a highlight of our stay for sure! With Family Select you do get to visit all of the resorts on site which we did - I recommend this because I liked the variety and having the privilege of visiting the exclusive amenities and food options. Our room was spacious and well appointed. There were some loud neighbors a few nights but it wasn’t too bad - my family slept well. My biggest complaint would be the e-menus weren’t always correct so ordering was often met with ‘we don’t have that’ even though it was on the menu. We worked around it and even my sorta picky kids found things to eat everywhere we went. Overall a really nice vacation!
