Emplacement et confort de literie
Pour le prix de la chambre, peu d’équipements fournis (pas de bouteille d’eau offerte), les vanity sets peu généreux et gamme réduite, service café limité, pas de lait à disposition dans la chambre. Lors du checkin aucune explication sur l’établissement fournie par le personnel à l’accueil

Restaurant 🙈🙈🙈 — I’ve never tasted worse food anywhere. They need to replace both the service staff and the chefs. It’s unappetizing—simply inedible. The interior design and atmosphere are really cool, but the food is just terrible.
The spa wasn't great either—the sauna was cold, and the jacuzzi was only partially functional. In Ukraine, spas like this are included in the hotel room rate, and they are easily four times better.

Great location, beautiful setting and well laid out hotel.
Poor service from the checkin staff to the checkout staff. Neither seemed interested in providing a customer service and would be more suited to a budget chain.
