The breakfast is great and also the location.

The hotel is close to the main area and the staff were very nice! I was assisted by Kate and Lucie and they are wonderful people! Kate was the one who answered all my questions before our stay. One of us felt sick after we checked out but they allowed us to stay in the lobby until the time we need to head to the airport. Lucie was especially helpful and accommodating. Thank you!

Not everyone is the best at English but it’s what you can expect from most Vietnamese people but I appreciate their effort to break our language barrier.

The property was in a great location and the staff were very helpful and lovely, especially Ann and had lots of recommendations. Felt very safe as a solo female traveller

If you’re a light sleeper sometimes the traffic can be loud at night, but I wasn’t bother and liked being so close to the city centre

The highlight of this stay was definitely the team. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—they even came outside to greet me with a smile. They were accommodating throughout, which I truly appreciated.

Unfortunately, the hotel itself is quite outdated and the photos are misleading. My room was small, with dirty windows and worn-out towels; the bathroom specifically wasn't clean upon arrival. While the central location is convenient, it is right next to a busy road, and the noise doesn't stop at the street—despite a generous 12:00 PM checkout, the cleaning crew was very loud in the corridors starting at 8:00 AM. It’s not a horrible place because the people are so wonderful, but it definitely needs a deep clean and a refresh to match the quality of its staff.
