The pub, garden, area restaurant, breakfast and food were excellent.
There was nothing we didn't like this is only a suggestion. For those attending Goodwood an early full breakfast would be great, say 7am start. The new owners have tried to address this by offering a bacon and sausage roll or salmon but it was cold due to being kept in the fridge overnight.

Beautifully presented room and pub. Exquisite taste. Thoughtful touches everywhere. Brilliant breakfast and super staff.

Hambledon is a lovely little village in southern Surrey surrounded by gorgeous countryside. Lots of walking and biking options. The food was very upscale - not your typical pub food - and priced accordingly. The staff could not have been more welcoming. Rooms are small but newly and very tastefully finished.
