Location, close to railway and underground station.
The wifi is not working very well.

The location was excellent, very close to Paddington Station and extremely convenient for getting around London. The apartment was compact but very well designed, with everything I needed for a three-week stay. The kitchen and facilities were practical and easy to use, which made it feel very comfortable for a longer stay.
There were a few minor areas that could be improved. There was some water leakage from the air conditioning during my stay, and the wooden flooring tended to collect dust quite easily. For longer stays, an optional housekeeping service once or twice a week would be a very useful addition. It would also be helpful to make it clearer before booking that there is no lift, so guests staying on the upper floors need to carry their luggage up the stairs.

Location! Paddington Stn & connectivity ( Heathrow via Elizabeth line) excellent. Local eateries, luggage store, shops, pubs, Lime bike rental, bus, all 5-7 minutes radius. Safe area day&night. Apt well kitted out& comfortable for a short or longer stay. Comfy bed, lovely crisp bed&bath linen, welcome pack :)
Common area carpet needs replacing, simple fix. Additional mirror in apartment.
