Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music is permitted outside, nor loud enough inside to disturb the neighbors, as their homes are very close by. We do not permit unauthorized parties.
All our properties have beach towels, but beach equipment is limited.
The Neighborhood:
All neighbors homes are very close. Please adhere to our house rules and the San Diego Good Neighbor Policy. Any fines issued for disturbances will be passed to the guests.
Getting Around:
Walk to the beach, bay, bars, restaurants, and more! Only a five minute drive to Mission Beach and SeaWorld. 15 minutes from downtown, Little Italy and the airport.

House was perfect for our family visit. It was a spacious house with a large kitchen. It also had garage parking which was very helpful. We ended up using the small outside area from the family room more than the roof top due to limited seating on the rooftop area. We loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants. The WiFi was slow and the refrigerator does not have water or ice hook up so we ended up buying bottled water and ice. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer but the dryer did not work well and we let them know it was not working properly. Overall a great location and great house for a family visit! We would stay there again.

The house was spacious so the entire family could relax and not be on top of each other. Parking in Pacific Beach can be challenging but was no problem with the two-car garage. Highly recommend this property!

Convenient location near pacific beach. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Everything exceeded our expectations. Host provided us with detailed information for our stay. Overall my party had a very comfortable stay.
