💳 SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $500 hold will be placed on the Primary Renter’s credit card as a deposit.
👤 PRIMARY RENTER AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be 24 years or older and present during the stay.

This was the perfect stay for our beach vacation. The hosts were incredibly kind and communicated every detail perfectly. Every detail was covered. The home was immaculate and location was exactly what we were looking for!

The house is right on the beach with all the chairs and toys you would need already available in the garage just ready to use. The house is decorated in that classic coastal vibe. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable with plenty of towels for our group of six (we stayed somewhere different last year which had 1 towel per person). Basket by the backdoor with plenty of beach towels as well. The kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking. We love having a washer/dryer so we can come home with all clean laundry. We had a couple of house glitches after check-in but Randy responded immediately and everything was resolved quickly. Communication and understanding go a long way.Little things like fans in the closet for those of us who are always hot and a clean pack-n-play with sheets for the baby were much appreciated. The furniture in the living room was comfortable but a little worn as was the dining table. Overall, we are very happy with our week at this house and it's incredible views.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach home. The house was extremely clean, the views were gorgeous, and we loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the crashing waves every day and night. The hosts were truly superb—responsive, attentive, and quick to take action. When we discovered the BBQ grill was very old and unusable, they promptly brought and assembled a brand-new one for us. They also provided a fire pit for our use since the one at the home is decorative only. We are so appreciative of the care and effort they put into making sure our vacation was enjoyable and stress-free. We would absolutely recommend this home and would love to stay here again.
