Brilliant location, so close to the leaning tower, and loved being able to see it out of one of the windows! About 25 mins walk from the station. Quite a few stairs, but a gorgeous space to stay. Had everything we needed and the host checked in by message. The electronic key to get in on the phone was easy to use.

Amazing property. Huge apartment with comfortable beds and loads of amenities. 5 minute walk to leaning tower of Pisa. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Thank you Carol especially. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

We liked the location and the apartment looked very nice and was spacious
Unfortunately there were bed bugs which clearly is a big issue. We did get transferred to other apartment but it was not very clean. And there wasn’t good communication regarding the responses we send about the second apartment after the fact. We also could have stayed in first place but it was only stated the place would be normally disinfected rather than terminator coming, so we felt we could not stay. These things happen when traveling so it’s hard to give an accurate rating. But the handling did add stress.
