Lovely staff. Food good. Position exceptional.
The only problem for me was parking . As a blue badge holder with limited mobility, the parking was too far away to walk.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly the owners were very friendly had time to chat to us and made sure we were happy with our room & our breakfast all very pleasant the views from our room was great we could see the sea

This is the second time I have stayed and won’t be my last. Great friendly staff, comfortable rooms and bed and fantastic food.

Very friendly staff, incredibly comfortable bed. Acceptable breakfast
Covered in scaffolding on our visit. Access stairs very narrow and steep, no warning of this on advertising. Room in poor state of decoration, damp patches, flaking paint, badly finished skirtings etc. We were told at check in (Friday) that they’d probably stop serving food and drink about 8.30! Fortunately the surrounding pubs were all open until midnight and were good quality. Breakfast quite constricted both in time slots and offering. You get a fry up OR cereal! Expected better for the price.
