Me senti numa casa e nao num hotel. Os anfitriões eram fantásticos. Cafe da manhã muito bom. Um acolhimento especial.
O banheiro de nosso quarto era fora do mesmo. Era para uso exclusivo. Mas comprometeu nossa experiência. Nao tinha ar condicionado e nem ventilador (não pedimos, é verdade) mas a noite a temperatura era muito amena e conseguiamos dormir muito confortavelmente.

The Chalet Verve is a peaceful sanctuary while also being very close to the restaurants and activities. The proprietors are lovely people who were gracious and warm. We plan to return next year.
The bathroom had a gaseous Oder.

Staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and really good knowledge of the area. Always there to greet you and the property had bags of character. Breakfast was very tasty and it was close to the main town and Interlarken Ost. Although our bathroom was not en-suite it was for our exclusive use.
We stayed during a heatwave and being at the top of the building the heat was unbearable and we had little sleep for two days. I understand they are not allowed to fit aircon into the rooms but a portable unit or fan would have helped a lot
