WHAT YOU'LL LOVE
- 5-minute walk to the River Run Gondola
- Pool, hot tubs & sauna just off the patio
- King bed in the master suite
- Sofa sleeper with memory-foam mattress
- Ski storage, elevator & EV charging
Families settle in fast here. The kids can sprawl on the leather sofas in front of the stone gas fireplace while dinner comes together in the granite-and-stainless kitchen, and the four-seat breakfast bar doubles as cocoa headquarters after sledding. With two bedrooms, two full baths, and a comfy fold-out sofa, six can sleep without a squeeze.
Grown-ups get their own reward: a master suite with a double-vanity bath and soaking tub, and a covered patio that looks over the aspen-lined pool courtyard, where the shared hot tubs steam invitingly on snowy nights. Mini golf and a playground are nearby for the off-slope hours, and wheelchair-friendly, no-stairs access makes arrivals easy for every generation.
Mornings are blissfully simple: gear up, walk five minutes, and you're on the gondola. Gather your group and book Dakota Lodge 8451 for a Keystone winter to remember.

This was our third visit to Dakota Lodge. This 1st floor poolside unit offered a nice break from needing to use the elevator but still had a view of the ski slope! We valued being able to see the hot tubs and jump in when they weren’t crowded; there were a lot of families with children who were very much enjoying the pool and hot tubs, so being able to see when they thinned out helped us enjoy them too. The beds were very comfortable! Good water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower. Kitchen had everything we needed! Excellent communication from the Summit Cove team!

Nice unit, very clean and had everything we needed. Pool was lovely and access was great. Check in process was straight out of the 70’s. Had to go pick up key cards at their office which wasn’t in the building and couldn’t get them until check in time. The frustrating part was the pre-check in letter implied that if you created a log in you would get a code. It was confusing and frustrating particularly when every other rental sends a code for easy access. Would likely avoid Summit rentals in the future for this reason.
