Freundlich, gemütlicher Pub. Prima Lage in der Nähe des Fährhafens Dover. Ruhige, ländliche Umgebung.

Great quiet place to stay, big room. Very comfy bed. Lovely bathroom. Friendly welcome. Big bottle of water and Tea and Coffee making facilities..

Doesn't do food, so no breakfast - knew this before stayed so not really an issue.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated All towels and linen provided ( no extra fee for these even though it said extra fee it shows this on the private bathroom list) including shower gel/shampoo. Tea and coffee are provided in each room(even though it only shows a kettle on the facilities list). Overall this the room was very good. I had a small problem but this was sorted promptly. The plough is in the country side which is great, if you have a car then travel wont be a problem if not you will need a Taxi, Uber will come to you or bring you back at night.

The socket by the kettle has usb ports? but the bedside sockets do not, this is where we need usb ports for our telephone chargers etc (not where there is a kettle full of water). I know its been said but if only you offered breakfast. Pub closes very early.

Quiet and an old authentic pub.

The www stated they served food. They do not, thus go elsewhere for breakfast dinner which was inconvenient as nothing close.
