The location was perfect, as it was very easy to reach both the city centre on foot and by public transport. The apartment was extremely clean and had absolutely everything we needed. It was very well equipped, with a coffee machine, dishwasher, plates, cutlery, glasses, and everything else you could possibly need during your stay. We were really impressed by how well equipped it was. Accessing the apartment was also very easy and convenient.
The only issue we experienced was with the toilet flush. The flushing mechanism was not properly secured to the wall, which initially made it impossible to flush the toilet properly. We eventually managed to position it in a way that allowed us to flush, although it was quite inconvenient and not an ideal solution. The staff did come to check the issue, but in the end we were advised to use the same method we had already figured out ourselves.

We loved Limehouse Bilboa Deusto. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, speedily replacing a broken corkscrew. Air-conditioning worked well. The laundry facilities were an added bonus. The accommodation is located in a mainly residential area which meant it was quite and also felt very safe. We very much enjoyed walking to the main sites along the nearby river. We would highly recommend.
Loved everything.

luz.
