It was absolutely spotless and the check-in process was so easy! The staff were so easy to work with and immediately gave us a late check-out when we asked! It's in a cute residential area called Mosely and we loved walking around and seeing the neighborhood. We absolutely loved our stay there!
There was nothing that could be improved, honestly. We absolutely loved it!

Nothing at all

Fatema was very lovely, helpful and provided great hospitality. She took care of every minor detail, and she always responded very quickly. On top of Fatema’s generosity, the staff are very kind. The place is parking friendly and the room layout is luxurious and most importantly the place is very clean. This will always be my first choice in Birmingham.
Nothing.

Just in the location we need. Comfortable. Clean. Nice fan for the heat. Great shower.
To did not work and failed to get satisfactory resolution. Garden not finished. Not much tea and coffee provided.
