The room was great, clean and exactly like photos. The location was great- it was a short walk to the train station and not far from the old town. The staff were so lovely with excellent communication.
Nothing to improve.

The accommodation was comfortable and facilities are new and modern.
The location is central and convenient. Few minutes walk to old town and to train station.
All the staff were superb and helpful. They even picked us up in the train station when we arrived. Easy to contact and they even gave us a gift on check out.
It is such a wonderful hotel.

Impecável! Tudo muito lindo, organizado, limpo. Tem máquina de café e chá no quarto, e alguns quitutes também. A equipe maravilhosa e super atenciosa. Localização ótima.
A cama é perfeita. Super confortável. Amamos. Ainda recebemos um presente de checkout 🤍

The room was perfect - large, modern and spotless. It's about 7 minutes (walking) from the port and old town, and has plenty of street parking right outside of the building and in the adjacent streets. Marghe was more than wonderful - she met us personally and was always super welcoming and nice - communication was as easy as it can get and we even got some amazing recommendations for spots to visit and a gift before we left :) Would surely stay here again!
Can't really think of anything.
