The Nadmotłwie A23 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area surrounding the apartment is just beginning its period of revitalization, on the way to the Old Town we will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, the yacht marina and the tenement houses of the Old Town.

We would like to inform you that due to construction works in the area there may be noise inconvenience.
