This apartment is the most intimate on the property, overlooking the rolling Umbrian countryside that has remained untouched by time. The private terrace with a pergola and its location in Gubbio make it the perfect starting point for experiencing authentic Umbria.

The interiors are decorated in shades of white and light blue, giving the spaces a fresh, contemporary feel. The living room, with its fireplace and open kitchen, is the heart of daily life, while a small hallway separates the master bedroom from the bathroom, which is also decorated in white and light blue.

The private terrace is shaded by a lush pergola: wisteria blooms in May. On summer evenings, you can sit down to dinner amid small lights resembling fireflies and lanterns, with the Umbrian hills unfolding before the living and dining areas.

Gubbio is a medieval town that deserves more attention than it receives. Umbria offers destinations such as Assisi, Urbino, Lake Trasimeno with its islands, the Frasassi Caves—among the largest in Europe—the Marmore Falls, and the coast of the Conero Riviera.
