The staff was very friendly and the atrium is very cute and has a nice atmosphere. Our room was a good size and the bathroom had a lot of counter space. We also liked the gift shop located in the building, and the woman working there was beyond friendly!
Breakfast was not the best, specifically the egg sandwiches. I would prefer a classic continental style breakfast instead. I also noticed the floor in our room was not thoroughly mopped and the shower walls still had soap scum on them. The mattresses were very uncomfortable as well.

Room was clean and spacious. Beds were very comfy! Close to Clifton Hill activities and the falls.
The breakfast wasn't great. The breakfast sandwiches should have cheese. It would be nice if there were bagels to go with the cream cheese available. Juice options were great!

Location is good. Free parking is a perk.
Hotel claims to have renovated in the last few years. Rooms are okay, but beds are awful. They are old and worn out. Very uncomfortable.
Feeling mislead. For the price, expect a bit more
Staff were not overly pleasant. Not rude or anything but got a vibe they were not happy to be there.
