The hotel is in an excellent location and provides a good buffet breakfast. The staff were helpful.
The hotel has been renovated, and the renovators forgot to soundproof the walls. I could clearly hear ordinary conversations from people in the next room. The bed was too large for the room, dresser and fridge were hard to get to.

Exceptional old school service and friendly staff. Montse at reception so helpful and made experience feel very special. Beautiful views from room and breakfast area.

The room was small but well presented. Missing a bedside table on one side which would have been nice. But everything about the room was great.
The location is very very close the Clifton hill so was a bit loud for us.
The restaurant has a beautiful view but isn't open until the evening so no opportunity for drinks overlooking the falls.

We did not like the hotel as the room was extremely small. The smell from the carpet and air conditioner was gross. Also, the bathroom was full of ants. Overall poor.
