Location. The sitting area. Movie night.

The rooms are ok but not that updated. Floors are really creaky. Could be cleaner. Curtains are filthy. Shower temperature didn’t get warm enough to take a shower after coming back from water park on the second day. We liked the movie night however, movies could be rotated better. We had to watch 3 ice age movies during our 3 night stay and would have preferred more of a variety.

It was nice. It was near all entertainment. It is very family oriented. Loved the water park.

The toilets were too low. I have bad legs and it made getting up difficult. The mattresses were hit and miss. They were old. My husband’s kind of sunk in the middle when he laid in it and every time he moved it squeaked. Mine was okay.

Waterpark was great. Hotel was awful.

Hotel is extremely run down. We had to check in THREE times, waiting more than 45minutes in line each time!!! They kept having excuses why there wasn't our room available. Overall process extremely disorganized. Perkins restaurant was very unpleasant food. Room wasn't clean. Beds were not even made! They left the sheets and blankets folded for us to do. We had to ask several times for extra pillows

The hotel was close to Clifton hill

The price for the room was way too expensive for the room that I got. I could have stayed somewhere more luxurious like the Sheraton or crown plaza for the same or cheaper. It was disappointing that I would not stay at the skyline hotel again. Maybe for $80 per night, I would consider. It's not worth the $600 I paid for 2 nights. One of the beds was also falling apart it looked crooked.

Close to water park and amenities

Parking bad. Noise level high. Walls between rooms must be paper thin.

I enjoyed the location everything was walking distance. checking in and out very easy and fast. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Getting to my room was tricky the layout is very different from any other place I’ve stayed. Sometime our key card wouldn’t work and we had to get a new one at the front desk happens twice.
