This was a cozy stay if you dont plan on spendkng much tome in the hotel. A nice place to sleep and shower. Amenities were clean and comfy

This is motel not hotel . Cost is little high does not worth the hotel cost I spent. .Fine to stay , but bath tub is very small and not that good may be they need to paint it.

Our room was in complete disrepair. It smelled funny, the toilet rocked, the shower was gross and didn't drain, no hair dryer, the door had to be shoved to enter and close, etc. Really needs updating. On the bright side, the manager was very friendly and I didn't have to haggle with him to get my money back.

What u get for what u pay. Don’t expect more. It will be just a place to crash for a night. The staff said he don’t have double bed room and it full but 2 rooms next to mine was not occupied. I was ready to pay extra. The toilet commode in 107 is shaking and gives a feel it may fall anytime.

I have never stayed in a more disgusting room/ location in my life! It was FILTHY!!! The bathroom had pee mixed with a brown slim coming from the toliet seat hinges. There were several bugs in the bathtub and the floor. There were black hairs on the sheets when we pulled back the blankets on the bed... not to mention the stained sheets! We refused to take off our socks because heaven only knows what is really living on that floor!?! The paint and patch work was done by what seemed to be a 3 year old... and the lamp covers looked like someone sat on them! Dont even get me started on the "air freshner" hanging on the wall... there were 4 different lenses inside and believe me the room DID NOT smell good at all so needless to say we hung a towel over what really seemed to be a camera! The whole experience was just so disgusting! We got there super late (around midnight), a man who didnt speak any english tried to confirm our name and room number... he told us the wrong room and after several attempts to open the wrong door he lead us to the right room. Once we entered we turned right back around and he was gone or else we would have left... we started looking for other hotels in the area but with no one avaliable to talk to we decided to check out as early as possible... it was seriously awful! The positive reviews given are simply a joke! Paid family members and friends dont count! DO NOT EVER STAY HERE! It wont let me add the pictures but I have several I will email directly!

This hotel is located on an extremely noisy boulevard with a rambling traffic of speeding trucks and motorcycles. I could not bear the noise for more than 30 seconds. I left right away and now I am expecting a refund from hotels.com. On top of that I had to endure the excruciating experience of trying to find another hotel at sunset in a city where almost all hotels are 100% booked out.

This property was very close to the road so at night you heard all the loud noise, & people talking. The parking was ridiculous you couldn’t even get in our vehicle or park in front of our hotel door. The check lady when we got their was very nice , said if we needed anything including ice to let her know , BUT the other two guys on Saturday and Sunday were rude , and said they don’t have ice !!!! The two guys were also stingy on the wash cloths and towels , mind you there’s 4 adults in the room , & we had already returned the dirty ones , each of us showered Friday-Sunday when we checked out of course we will go thru towels and rags but who wouldn’t when you shower on a daily !!! Overall very disappointing. The bathroom was small needs updated (badly)

I was surprised that a motor inn was clean, comfortable, and considerate. They were going to put us in a single king room, but the tennant before smoked, so they offered us a room with 2 queens. The room looked updated, but the bathroom was rough. It was all clean like I said.

The manager was very friendly and went out of the way to make sure I could get in the room even when he was off property for a personal emergency.

Overall satisfied. good experience. The persons available there at the office were very helpful. They guided me to see the places nearby even before I asked for it. Very good, responsive.

Worst property to ever pick in Niagara Falls area. There are a lot of better options within a similar price range. It is very far from everything and the staff is so so unhelpful. Very unwelcoming staff and very dirty rooms. The room door I stayed in was jammed and couldn’t open unless 3 people pushed hard together. The bathrooms were very dirty and the bed sheets as well. The service in general was horrible and the staff wasn’t ready to help with anything at all, even though there was no one staying at their property. Horrible horrible decision.

Very great, especially if you’re on a budget. It’s close to Niagara Falls too which makes it perfect! Greta staff!

Quiet nice place. Owner stayed after check in to wait for us because we were running late after a 13 hour drive. Very nice man.

Had a pleasant stay and the people at the front desk were friendly and helped us by giving insights about Niagara Falls. I would recommend staying here without any second thoughts. Bathroom can be better :)

No Chanel’s in the TV. No staff available for anything else if you need. Noise from other rooms and from the street.

Pillow cases were dirty, not exceptionally clean but otherwise great stay

under 10 min drive to falls, near shopping complexes. No coffee or vending. outdated rooms with updated beds

Think twice before you book this place. This place requires an upgrade of all interiors at the earliest. Ufortunately it not to our liking.

Bad communication, they didn’t give solution for accommodation. I won’t come back for the next holiday season.
