The room cleanness and comfort.
The friendly staff.
There were some things that looked a little run-down in my room. For example, the fridge cabinet door was chipped and the floor under the AC bench by the window seemed unfinished.

I like the proximity to a subway stop. I liked that even though it was near somewhat major roads, you couldn't really hear traffic. I liked that parking was avaialble, but however, it didn't work for me, but glad there was city parking available nearby
I was told there was valet parking but wasn't told that there was a possibility they wouldn't have space for a car my size. Also, not really something I didn't like, but there was signs of wear and tear at the hotel, wallpaper peeling off, wall hooks that wasn't securely fascened. So, nothing that was bad, just kinda something that shows that there isn't super good maintenance on the building.
