Très bel emplacement, les employés étaient très sympathiques et l'hôtel était très propre.

Le stationnement était complet à notre arrivée à l'hôtel. Nous avons du utiliser le système de valet pour être en mesure de se stationner à l'hôtel.

The beds and pillows are very comfortable.

L'emplacement était idéal par rapport à mes RDV. L'arrivée tardive était acceptée. Le personnel, accueillant et très professionnel.

The club lunch was nice with breakfast and dinner. The view of the restaurant was beautiful. It was also very convenient to stay there for us as they are pet friendly hotel. The beds were comfortable and the view at 34th floor was amazing! It is also nice to have a pool and our son really liked it.

I made reservation without breakfast, but it was not possible to upgrade including breakfast before I arrive at the hotel. When we arrive the prices were double compared to booking.com prices. That was a bad experience. Even the hotel is pet friendly, the room is not designed for cats where the bed headboard were leather and we covered them with linen. The locker room was chilly at pool floor. Also, there was no hair dryer.

Excellent location, fairly large rooms, super clean bathrooms (really sparkling), fast elevators in spite of the high volume of guests. The rooms were better than expected given the lobby. Great views

For the price, not a lot of features in the room. Very basic toiletries. All of the electronics had issues (eg charger on the table didn’t work, the hair dryer wasn’t hot - only blew out cold air). Terrible, manual checkout process. Really noisy. You can hear everything in the hallways at all times of day. Can’t believe that you cannot cast to the TV from your phone. Lastly, it is not possible that the hotel doesn’t offer secure wifi in today’s day and age. This is a major security risk waiting to happen. The dark, dusty parking lot really needs to be spruced up.
