The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. Cleanliness and hygiene standards were high. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. The location is superb—right in the city center, next to the main pedestrian street, with an IGA supermarket nearby. There are excellent public transport connections and easy access to the main railway station.
My only and biggest complaint is about the breakfast, which was monotonous and modest. For a 4-star hotel, it would have to be better and of better quality.

We had a wonderful stay! We were kindly upgraded to a spacious family suite, which was fantastic. The location is excellent, close to lots of shopping and great restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!

Our room was ready before check in, and we were upgraded, as well. Location was central - could walk to Old Montreal (20-25 minutes), and walked to our night event. Might not be ideally located for best restaurant venues. However, we had a full kitchen in our bedroom suite, so had dinner in our room, which was quite convenient. Breakfast was continental buffet, but included a lot of choices - including boiled eggs, ham, cheese, and many variety of fruits and bread. It is quite popular, so get there early to get seats.
Ventilation in our room was noisy - and very close to the bed, so could hear it all night. Otherwise, there was no other way to have the air circulating. Would have liked to have a bathrobe to go to the pool - seemed that some clients had them, but never saw them in my room.
