Great location. Fabulous set up for parking. The valets were great and it was nice to park under a covered area and remove luggage. Many people were checking in at the same time as us and this made it a bit difficult to know who would take our luggage and where to go to check in.

We could not find a map of the layout of the property that showed work out facilities/pool/entrances and exits. Also the beds are very comfortable but not so much on the pull out sofas.

Staff are amazing. Especially in Gazette (restaurant in hotel) Anthony & Kyle made us feel like family.

The prices for the breakfast at the restaurant were incredibly high, 19.00 for pancakes is a bit excessive and 30.00 for the buffet is too high. With tip, that is almost 150.00 for a family of 4 on top of the cost of the room and 40.00 a day for parking

I have been waiting for over 2 months to get my 250$ deposit back. And have not received it yet. Not impressed.

location, meeting rooms and foyer were excellent. food was good at the meeting.

sink faucet was twisted almost out of the sink and the sink drain plug wouldn’t plug. I asked the front seat to send someone to fix it, but nothing happened for the next 2 days till we left.

no fireplace.. not enough cozy places to sit and relax in lobby.

I was with a 4 month old baby. but they gave me a room that I had to take the elevator to the third floor, then walked quite a distance to take another elevator to my room. It’s very inconvenient especially when you are with a baby and the stroller. The room was spacious but a bit dated. The bed was not comfortable because of the sagging mattress.

The room is a bit dated and the mattress needs to update.

Hotel was clean and very accomading ,from the pool to everything else in between . They are very dog friendly, Belladonna (my Staffy) had a great time

Nice and Clean. Very helpful staffs. Close to resturants and shops. And very importantly, they are Pet friendly. My dog loves the place as well!
